Our fields of activity include building and building management by means of general contracting, design and building contracting and professional management contracting, real estate development and the organisation of related activities (detailed plans, design work).

The quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems of OÜ Astlanda Ehitus are certified according to international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

We have a united and supportive team with several hundred years of work experience in building combined. We have 39 building specialists with a degree in higher education, 23 of them have been granted an engineer`s degree.

Having operated in the Estonian building market for over 10 years, we have a long and impressive list of finished objects to present.
